What Sets Us Apart

Meet the Founder
My name is Robert Poe
Hi, I’m the founder of Anchor & Atlas Strategies—and yes, it’s just me here, offering one-on-one peer support and guidance rooted in real-life experience with ADHD, healthcare systems, and the journey toward self-advocacy.
My background blends psychology, organizational leadership, and sustainability. I’ve studied through Arizona State University and Lancaster Bible College, focusing on how people think, work, and thrive—both individually and in community. I’ve also worked in nonprofit administration, Medicaid eligibility and case management, and community-based advocacy, which gave me a firsthand understanding of how confusing, discouraging, or impersonal many systems can feel.
This project grew out of my own lived experience navigating ADHD, mental health, insurance, and burnout—not from a clinical perspective, but from the inside. I created Anchor & Atlas to help others do what I wish I had help doing: prepare for appointments, translate symptoms into action, and find better ways to work with the systems that are supposed to support us.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my friends enjoying a glass of wine, having a minor existential crisis, or exploring my faith and community through embodied spirituality.
Anchor & Atlas is small by design: personal, direct, and focused on helping you feel seen and supported. Thanks for being here—and if you're curious about working together, you can book a session anytime.
